811 FSS Overview
The 811 FSS provides premier dedicated Force Support and Mission Readiness Support to over 25,000 personnel from all services in the Pentagon and throughout the National Capital Region (NCR). The 811 FSS has the additional responsibility to provide Commander and First Sergeant coverage for AF personnel stationed around the world that otherwise do not have a direct AF commander. The squadron’s customer base also includes the most senior AF and DoD leaders. The men and women of the 811 FSS focus on providing Exceptional customer service to all personnel. Additionally, the squadron fosters a culture of Care, Trust, Respect, and Dignity that enables all personnel to Strive to Thrive.
